Welcome to 957 Daiquiri Bar, Ghana’s first authentic daiquiri bar, nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Osu, Accra. Our story began when two unlikely partners - Jeffrey Adiyiah, a proud Ghanaian, and Jonathan Reynolds, a Louisiana native - crossed paths at Koko Palm Inn during Jonathan’s business trip. Their shared passion for culture, community, and refreshing cocktails led to the creation of 957 Daiquiri Bar, blending the best of Louisiana’s Gulf Coast with Ghana’s Gold Coast.
